This advanced welding machine allows us to perform TIG and MIG welding. It is a fully automated arc welder that makes perfect joints in high-grade steel, stainless steel (SS) and aluminum time after time.
Thanks to our particularly complete range of machinery, we can machine metal in every possible way
In addition to knowledge and good material, the right machines are needed to achieve a good final product. We always look for the optimal form of metal working. Whether it involves rolling, roll bending, profile rolling, TIG welding, MIG welding, spot welding, powder coating, sandblasting, laser cutting, plasma cutting or CNC; our exceptionally complete range of machinery makes it all possible.
Our Cobot is ideal for repetitive tasks that require accuracy and speed. With high precision, this robotic assistant can perform complex operations fully automatically, making it the ideal colleague.
We can treat metal parts with sandblasting. This not only provides a beautiful finish, but also repels rust. The blasting process removes impurities and ensures firm adhesion of coatings, for example.
We cut tubes and profiles up to 6 meters long effortlessly and accurately with our fully automatic CNC saw bench. Once the desired length and angle are set, the sawing process is fully automatic and with extreme precision.

With a plasama arc, we heat metal very locally so that it melts. Then we blow gas through it to create a clean cut. This machine is suitable for material up to 4 meters long, 1.5 meters wide and 20 mm thick.
On the press brake, we press sheet material into a V-shaped mold. The material is resilient, causing it to recoil slightly, creating the correct bending angle. This machine is suitable for material up to 3 meters long and 8 mm thick.
With a die we flawlessly and efficiently punch the necessary holes in a sheet. We do this with high speed and extreme precision, without burrs or unevenness. Our machine is 70 tons and suitable for thicknesses up to 20 mm.
In rolling, also known as roll bending, the sheet is passed between rollers several times until the ideal radius is reached. With different rollers, we can also roll profiles accurately into the desired shape.
During the cutting process, the metal sheet is held firmly in place against the lower blade, while the upper blade moves accurately downward to make a perfectly tight cut in sheets up to 3 meters long and 12 mm thick.
