Description
This one-piece surface mounted hatch has an aluminum surface mounted frame (⦝ 100x100x10) with hinges and mounting holes outside the lid. Depending on the daylight size, the hatch has one or two stainless steel 316 safety grilles and an aluminum lid with one or two stainless steel gas springs. The lid is made of ALMG3 5/6 mm thick tear-plate and is reinforced with ribs. This makes the lid suitable for a load of 1.5 kN/m². All moving parts are supported with nylon bushings and the neoprene seal makes the hatch gas tight. The hatch is supplied including padlock provision, toggle locks, fixing materials and neoprene sealing tape.
