Description
This two-piece surface mounted hatch has an aluminum surface mounted edge (⦝ 100x100x10) with concealed hinges and mounting holes. This makes it an anti-theft hatch. Depending on the daylight size, the hatch has one or two stainless steel 316 security grilles per section and an aluminum lid with one or two stainless steel gas springs. The covers are made of ALMG3 5/6 mm thick tear-plate and are reinforced with ribs. This makes the lids suitable for a load of 1.5 kN/m². In addition, the hatch is equipped with a fully removable intermediate post. All moving parts are supported by nylon bushings and the neoprene seal makes the hatch gas tight. The hatch is supplied including padlock provision, toggle locks, fasteners and neoprene sealing tape.
